　　定義：SEA WAYBILL的簡稱，是提單的一種放單形式。一旦出了SWB,貨權(quán)就從SHIPPER轉(zhuǎn)移到CNEE了，也就是說CNEE可以直接去提貨，SWB提貨不需要正本，也不需要電放費，對于信任的公司可以采用這種放貨形式。

　　1.全部收到貨款后可以出海運(yùn)單
